- 1 / 5By Clint RaleyJust had my last experience with Big Apple. Tonight makes the second time in a row my delivery arrived over 40 minutes later than I was told. Now, to order a pizza, you have to do it online, which doesn't let you customize your order like over the phone. I say you have to do it online because apperantly Big Apple only has two lines, and they are so busy every minute of the day, which means no matter how many times you call them to verify a delivery, you go straight to busy. I called Big Apple, along with my wife on her phone, over 25 times during a 35-40 minute time span, but always busy. With the lack of customer service and blatant false advertisement, I don't even have the energy to critique their over-priced, sub-par food. I recommend anyone looking for a good pizzeria try Mario's by Wal-Mary. They don't deliver, but their food is worth the drive!February 22, 2017
